ALFING Systems Technologies GmbH (A-ST GmbH)

KAIROS Industries AG founded ALFING Systems Technologies GmbH (A-ST GmbH) in August 2024 via its associated company by taking over significant parts of the business operations of the insolvent ALFING Sondermaschinen Group (ASG).

The integration of the core competencies of the former ALFING KESSLER Sondermaschinenbau (ASG), ALFING MONTAGETECHNIK (AMT) and MAUSER Sondermaschinen Oberndorf (MSO) forms the foundation of this new high-performance unit.

A-ST GmbH takes over around 50 highly qualified employees from the former ASG companies. These experts bring decades of experience and expertise in the following areas:

  • Planning and production support
  • Engineering and production of machining centers for connecting rod machining
  • Breaking, separating and assembly machines
  • Machining centers, special machines and fully automated production lines Powertrain

Together with an experienced service team, A-ST GmbH ensures that the usual standards and excellent support for ASG’s existing national and international customer base as well as new customers are not only maintained, but further optimized.
